The Amazing, Fantastical, Beautiful Oury Park Mural

Sometimes you don't describe. You just look. Grab your camera and head to 600 St. Mary's Road. It's on the northeast corner of St. Mary's Road and the I-10 frontage road. Here's the map to the mural, just don't forget your camera.
