Update (May 29, 2023): The new mural, posted on August 18, 2017 has no kitty, just three dogs. Today Jerry Peek has updated that 2017 post with photos from 2023 showing a slightly later version of the mural above: the background has been painted in. There's more of the story of the mural too.
