Before I left Tucson on a kind-of-sudden three-week trip to Mexico, I didn't pre-post enough murals to last the whole trip. I hope I can post some from the plane, or the airport, in time for the morning of February 9th — or soon after.
In the meantime, here are a few mural photos from the city I'm in: Oaxaca. If you've only been to Mexican border cities, Oaxaca would be a great start to see a really beaufitul place with lots of cultures, amazing food, art… and lots of murals! Here are some. I'll add a caption above some photos:

Lucha libre is a national sport… kind of like “championship wrestling” in the US, but with even more exaggerated silliness and self-promotion. I think it might be taking the place of bullfighting:
